When do I receive my box?
You receive your box between the 1st and 7th of each month, with a tracking number. For example, if you order on 14/09, you will receive your box by the 7th of the following month at the latest.

How does unsubscribing work?
it couldn't be simpler!
Example: Julie makes a cancellation request on 16 June 2022, she will receive the June box, but she will not receive the July box. However, Célia makes a cancellation request on 5 May, so she will not receive her June box. The unsubscription will take effect immediately.
Consequently, any cancellation request must be made before the 15th of each month inclusive for the subscription to end in the current month.
Is the box right for my hair?
